At DSvats, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have the best experience with our wristwatch products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Returns Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the wristwatch must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-designed wristwatches
- Watches marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at svatsworld@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your wristwatch arrives defective or damaged, contact svatsworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damage/defect for faster processing.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund based on availability.
